Payments

Once you place the order, we first check if we have all the ordered items. Only after we're absolutely sure everything is available, we'll charge your card. We don't do refunds.

Delivery

You can pick up your order at Goldenacre every Saturday from 9 am to midday (unless Games are cancelled). Mid-week delivery may be available for some items.

Extra Services

We have arrangements with a few dry cleaning services and tailors who are willing to help Herioters to keep uniforms tiny and fit. Feel free to ask us if you need help.

Fees

We charge 25% of the net selling price (price minus repairs if any) when you sell items at the Thrift Shop. We may also get referral payments from partners. We donate all profits to the school.
